We Are Warriors
WARRIOR: A BRAVE FIGHTER
Our club is rooted in the character-building characteristics of Rugby which are integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline and respect. The Eastman Warriors were born in the desire to grow and develop the game of Rugby in the Eastman region of the province of Manitoba. The region is full of legends that have developed and fought to see the vibrant agrarian lands, pioneering industries and accepting of many diverse cultures that we see today as Eastman. The Eastman Warriors recognizes and honors its deep roots to carry on to the next generations and introducing an exciting sport that highlights those values.
The Eastman Warriors currently have a Premier team that competes in the Manitoba Men’s division. Our goal is to also have a women’s team in 2020 starting with 7’s and a men’s social team that will compete in the 10’s competition of Division 3.
Our club is based out of Steinbach at the AD Penner field where we host our Home Games and training twice a week.
